The terms that apply when you shop with Mostaqbil Alkoun.

About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase you make on mostaqbilalkoun.ae, which is run by Mostaqbil Alkoun Information Technologies LLC. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and prices

  • All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED).
  • We take care to describe our products and show their photos as accurately as we can, but colours on your screen may look slightly different from the real product.
  • If we find a mistake in a price or description, we will contact you before we process your order, and you can choose to continue or cancel.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept it once we have confirmed your payment and your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is not available or the information given is incomplete.

Payment

  • You can pay by bank transfer or by scanning our QR code, and you must send us your payment receipt.
  • Your order stays On Hold until we have checked the payment in our bank account. We do not ship before that.
  • Please pay the exact total of your order.
  • Orders that are not paid may be cancelled after 48 hours.

Delivery

Delivery is explained in our Shipping Policy. Please check your delivery details carefully when you order.

Returns and refunds

You can return an eligible product within 12 days. The full rules are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Our responsibility

We will do our best to give you a good service. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably foresee, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law.

Using our website

The content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Mostaqbil Alkoun Information Technologies LLC or its owners. Please do not copy or reuse it without our permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms shown on the day you place your order are the ones that apply to that order. Last updated: 31 October 2026.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
