How your order reaches you.
Where we deliver
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. If you are outside the UAE, please contact us before you order, and we will tell you whether we can deliver to your location.
When your order is processed
We start preparing your order only after we have checked your payment. Orders paid by bank transfer or QR code stay On Hold until we confirm the money in our bank account.
Delivery time
We confirm the expected delivery time with you when we confirm your order, because it depends on the product and your location.
Delivery charges
- Products marked Free delivery on their page are delivered at no extra charge.
- If any delivery charge applies to your order, we tell you before you pay.
Receiving your order
- Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address you give us.
- Check the package when you receive it, and contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong or damaged.
Wrong address or missed delivery
Please check your address and phone number when you order. If a delivery cannot be completed because of wrong details or no one being available, we will contact you to arrange another delivery.
