Refund and Returns Policy

Our 12-day return period

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can ask to return it within 12 days of receiving it.

What can be returned

• The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and with its original packaging, accessories and documents.
• You need to show proof of purchase, such as your order number or payment receipt.

What cannot be returned

• Products that have been damaged through misuse, or that are missing parts.
• Products returned after the 12 days have passed.

How to return a product

1. Contact us by WhatsApp or email within the 12 days, with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will tell you how to send the product back.
3. When we receive it, we check it, and we tell you if the return is accepted.

Refunds

If your return is accepted, we refund you by the same method you paid with, for example by bank transfer back to your account. We will confirm the refund to you when it is sent.

Faulty or wrong item

If you receive a product that is faulty or is not the one you ordered, please contact us straight away, and we will sort it out with you.
